This is the third time I will participate in the Book Blogger Hop, hosted by Crazy-for-Books. It is like speed-dating for bloggers. And, we don't have to be monogamous!
I've only been posting on a regular basis since December, and it was a little lonely, since I didn't tell a soul I was doing it! Then I told Tom. Bless his heart, he became a follower, he made comments; he became my reader. I really think we all need at least one reader.
To be polite in conversation, we have to listen occasionally. Conversational monopolists are boring. In the blogosphere, everyone is a writer; we all become each others readers, too. I have to say, five months in, I am enjoying the conversation. I know folks in China, Great Britain, and on the continent of Africa. There is a conversation going on, and one way to get in on the conversation is to join the Book Blogger Hop and look around out there. I found Kinna at Kinna Reads, Grad at The Curious Reader, Priya at The Plum Bean Project, and many others. I have become the devoted reader of Mrs. Baja's Cozy Book Nook, The New Dork Review of Books, The Reading Life, and others (see a partial list to the left). So, hop on over to another blog today...
